Customer service - Refunds
Do you have a customer service?
Customer service is an essential part of our commitment to service. We will be happy to assist you through any of our contact ways you can find here.
Are refunds allowed?
Yes, during the first 14 days after receipt of the article and as long as they have not been used or unsealed. After this period, if the product has a defect or malfunction, it will depend on the manufacturer’s warranty.
What do I do if the product get damaged during transport?
As part of our quality process, all shipments are photographed before leaving our warehouse, so if any damage happen during the delivery process, we will proceed to its replacement (if there was stock) or refund in case that there was no stock of the product.
All shipments made by companies with billing adress in Spain will be taxed with the VAT at the time of purchase. For companies operating in the rest of the the world, it will not appear at the time of finishing the purchase.
